You will provide direct clinical support, coach staff, and work with the Chief Nursing Officer to advance quality care.

The role requires a California RN license, BSN, and experience in geriatric or palliative care; MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• California RN License required.
• BSN required.
• MSN in Adult Gerontology preferred; palliative care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a palliative care program.
• Educate physicians, staff, patients/residents and families on palliative care.
• Collaborate with Palliative Care Medical Director to deliver and expand services.
