Job summary

Four Seasons invites qualified NP/PA clinicians to join our Haywood County palliative care team. Provide patient care consultations and symptom management in collaboration with a physician, within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with clinical rotation preferred.
• 2 years post-education experience required; palliative care preferred.
• Current NP or PA Board Approved Certification; NC license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care consultations and treatment with physician support.
• Work toward performance goals and IDP; uphold Four Seasons values.
• Conduct direct client care consultations including family counseling and symptom management.
• Take clinical call for palliative care clients.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings for care plans.
• Create and maintain accurate patient records.
• Maintain licensure and current medical education; act as staff resource.
