Job summary

Four Seasons seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for hospital palliative care in Haywood County, NC. You will provide patient care consultations, advise families, and manage symptoms with a collaborative physician and team.

The role requires a Master’s degree with clinical rotation and current NP/PA certification; palliative care experience is preferred. Full-time, day shifts, onsite work with strong licensure upkeep and team support.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA board approved certification and license.
• Experience in palliative care is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care consultations with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in family counseling and symptom management for life-limiting conditions.
• Take clinical calls for palliative care clients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and licensure.
• Serve as clinical resource for staff and partner facilities.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings to develop care plans.
