Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to serve as a palliative medicine consultant across hospital, nursing facility, and home settings. You will lead care plan development, symptom management, and goals of care discussions.

Required is NP licensure in Maryland with a relevant specialization; HPCC/ACHPN or CAPC credentials are preferred to support advanced practice. Collaborative work with physicians and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Nurse Practitioner program.
• Master’s in Palliative Care preferred.
• Current Maryland NP license (Adult/Family/Geriatrics).
• HPCC/ACHPN or equivalent certification preferred.
• CAPC designation preferred.

Responsibilities
