Successful candidates will have NP designation, Maryland licensure, and HPCC/ACHPN or equivalent certification; 5+ years in healthcare with hospice/palliative experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Nurse Practitioner program required.
• Maryland NP licensure in Adult, Family, or Geriatrics preferred.
• HPCC/ACHPN or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as palliative medicine consultant in hospital, nursing facility and home.
• Make recommendations for care plans and symptom management.
