• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with MSN degree.

• Minimum two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations; DEA license in practicing states.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with center leadership and care team.
• Focus on pain management, symptom control, and advance care planning.
• Educate staff and families on care plans and goals.
