Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on older adult or family practice.
• Minimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with other medical providers to improve patients' lives.
• Manage pain and symptoms for residents with serious illnesses.
