Job summary

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Comprehend basic math and use a calculator efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of food processing and food safety.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

• Must have good work ethic and be a hands-on problem solver.
• HS diploma or GED, with manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing finished goods for storage.
• Staging and organizing packaging materials.
• Assist line Drivers with cardboard baler machine.
• Dispose of downline waste and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate case coder and manage dates and codes.
• Clear jams and reset lane counts in machinery.
• Allocate materials for each production run and load correct items.
• Change label rolls and adjust delays as needed.
• Verify product lot numbers, case codes, and SKUs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production and downtime.
• Work weekends and overtime as required.
