The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of stand-up forklift experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of standup forklift operating experience
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be fluent in English and able to read SOPs and manuals
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies
• Create pallet labels in inventory for production tracking
• Use pallet jack to move packaging and finished goods
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain strong communication with all departments
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse area
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, SQF, and HACCP programs
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
