Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience running large machines in fast-paced production.
• Background in manufacturing and GMP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing machine to stack, wrap, and prepare pallets for warehouse storage.
• Troubleshoot palletizer, shuttle cars, wrappers, and photo eyes to maintain line efficiency.
• Inform maintenance of repairs needed on any equipment.
• Verify pallet patterns, bag size, and film during changeovers; ensure accuracy of LPs.
• Coordinate with forklift drivers to prevent material shortages and ensure smooth lines.
• Adhere to QA standards to ensure pallets meet quality requirements.
• Assist the manifestor in the LP process and cover the manifest station during breaks.
• Follow Simmons operating systems and safety policies to support continuous improvement.
