Job summary

BLUE BELL CREAMERIES INC. is seeking a Hardening and Palletizing Clerk to support production in the H/P area. You will follow supervisor direction, cross-train across positions, and ensure safe handling of products according to food safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, stacking and palletizing finished goods, and maintaining accurate records. A strong eye for detail and teamwork with colleagues is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform jobs once trained such as corner, sorter, robots, wrap machine or forklift.
• Handle all products according to food safety and temperature control.
• Operate and monitor hardening or curing equipment.
• Safely stack, wrap, and palletize finished products.
• Inspect pallets for stability and labeling accuracy.
• Move pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate production and palletizing records.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Follow all safety policies, OSHA requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
