Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Palletizer Technician to ensure reliable material flow between the warehouse and production floor. You will load, stage, and move materials, inspect pallets, and support line inspector duties as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compliance with documentation. Responsibilities include moving cardboard and finished goods, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting with breaks to maintain production coverage.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting, tracking, and documentation.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.
• Ability to perform physical job demands including lifting, pushing, pulling, standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow Life Saving Rules and safety policies.
• Wear PPE at all times as required by rules.
• Clock in 15 minutes before shift; review changes and safety meetings.
• Safely operate a pallet jack and keep forks lowered when not in use.
• Transport cardboard, empty pallets, totes, and finished goods between warehouse and production floor.
• Verify packaging materials against travelers and BOMs; document deviations.
• Maintain accurate counts of materials used and remaining.
• Ensure machines have supplies and notify when restocking is needed.
• Complete Return to Warehouse Tickets for unused materials.
