Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Palletizer Technician to safely move materials between the warehouse and production floor, ensuring continuous supply and adherence to documentation. The role requires PPE use, safety compliance, and the ability to handle pallets and packaging materials efficiently.

You will support line inspection duties as needed while maintaining a clean, organized production environment and helping with breaks to ensure full production coverage.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting, tracking, and documentation.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety requirements.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, pulling, standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow Life Saving Rules and safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Clock in 15 minutes before shift and review changes.
• Transport cardboard, pallets, totes and finished goods between warehouse and production floor.
• Inspect pallets for cleanliness and integrity; remove unsafe packaging materials.
• Verify materials against travelers and bills of materials; document deviations.
• Maintain counts of materials used and remaining; notify warehouse when restocking.
• Ensure machines have supplies and complete Return to Warehouse Tickets.
• Clean totes and wipe down products; assist breaks to maintain coverage.
• Perform Line Inspector duties when required; maintain clean, safe production area.
