Lamb Weston in Boardman, OR is hiring a Manifestor Trainee to join our production team. You will record production transactions, use ticketing software, log information accurately, and communicate quality issues across the plant to help ensure product integrity.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, forklift operation, data entry, and adherence to safety and shop floor procedures while supporting team goals and timely shift handoffs in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Record and input production data accurately.
• Read and interpret shop order packets.
• Read product codes and document results.
• Operate forklift safely in restricted spaces.
• Maintain accurate shift paperwork and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Communicate quality issues to appropriate teams.

Responsibilities

• Record and input all necessary data into the computer system.
• Inspect totes for quality before being staged on the line.
• Read, interpret and carry out shop order packets.
• Recognize and comprehend what each number signifies in the product code.
• Keeps accurate paperwork throughout shift and reconciles at the end of the shift.
• Operate a forklift in tight and restricted spaces.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
