Job summary

EMP Trust HR Solutions seeks a Palletizer Operator for packing operations in Stuttgart, Arkansas. You will operate and maintain palletizer, wrapper and conveyors, ensuring packaged goods are clean, properly labeled, and meet quality standards.

The role is safety-sensitive with a 7:00 am–4:00 pm schedule, overtime as needed including weekends. You must lift up to 100 pounds and work in hot/cold conditions while following all PPE and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic math.
• Must read, speak, write and understand English.
• Must be willing to climb up to 30 feet.
• Must be willing to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be willing to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.
• Must be willing to work in hot and cold temperatures for periods of time.
• Must possess basic maintenance skills.
• Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all safety and food safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain palletizer, wrapper, conveyors, etc.
• Keep packaging materials clean and safe.
• Maintain quality product (proper counts, product appearance).
• Ensure proper labels on bags during production process.
• Document labels and product verification lot code information.
• Record keeping related to cleaning and preventative maintenance.
