Job summary

Debbie's Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Palletizer Operators for our client located in Kannapolis, NC. The schedule is 6:00pm-6:30am on a 2,2,3 schedule, with pay at $19.00 per hour and weekly pay.

This temp-to-hire position offers ongoing work in a food production environment. Successful candidates will operate palletizer equipment, verify materials against the production schedule, and follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entrail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs at a time.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operates controls for palletizer machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Ensures all materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.
• Monitors and inspect all areas of machinery to identify and detect defective packaging.
• Conduct inspection on empty pallets and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, allergen, sanitation standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.
• Fills out required paperwork accurately.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Other duties as assigned
