Job summary

Debbie's Staffing in Kannapolis, NC is recruiting Warehouse Palletizer Operators to support our client on a 2,2,3 schedule. Pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and temp-to-hire potential.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and following SOPs in a fast-paced production environment. Essential duties include operating palletizer controls, verifying materials against the production schedule, inspecting pallets and packaging, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizer machinery per prints and specifications.

• Run pallet through depal machine.
• Remove straps from pallets.
• Monitor and inspect machinery for defective packaging.
• Inspect equipment and pallets to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Palletizer Operators for our client located in Kannapolis, NC! Schedule: 6:00am-6:30pm on a 2,2,3 schedule. Pay: $18.00/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire!

Essential Functions:

• Operates controls for palletizer machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
• Ensures all materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.
• Run pallet through depal machine.
• Remove straps from pallets.
• Monitors and inspect all areas of machinery to identify and detect defective packaging.
• Conduct inspection on empty pallets and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
• Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, allergen, sanitation standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.
• Fills out required paperwork accurately.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entrail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs at a time.
• Must have reliable transportation.
