Job summary

Debbie’s Staffing is recruiting Forklift Drivers for our client in Kannapolis, NC. Schedule is rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00pm–6:30am, 2-2-3 Schedule. Pay: $19.00/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire!

Essential duties include loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, inventory control with RF scanners, and safe operation of lifting devices. 4-5 years forklift experience preferred; strong reliability and teamwork required.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Forklift experience.
• 4-5 years preferred.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with others.
• Reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, shipping & receiving materials.
• Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
• Transport materials as directed throughout the facility.
• Utilize RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory.
• Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock.
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Conduct operations and model behavior that promotes a safe environment.
• Sweep and clean area, including trailers as needed.
• Operate other mechanical devices and controls that operate lifting devices.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and other misc. tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
