Crown Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Palletizer Operator for its Hanover, PA facility. The position involves operating the palletizer, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in the 12-hour rotating 4/4 shift with mandatory overtime.

You will work with supervision and quality teams to optimize packaging and process flow. Responsibilities include machine operation, equipment maintenance, and accurate data entry for labels and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include ability to work alternate schedules including overtime.
• Preferred: Manufacturing experience, High School Education/GED, OSHA training, AS400, 6S Training.

Responsabilités

• Operate palletizer equipment and maintain palletizer operation focused on safety, quality, productivity and spoilage control.
• Perform packaging of 2-piece or 3-piece steel cans as part of the production line.
• Communicate production issues between shifts and management; document observations.
• Assist and train new palletizer operators as needed; follow SOPs and housekeeping rules.
