Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. in Oshkosh, WI seeks a production worker to operate palletizing equipment and inspect finished goods. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient packaging processes.

Shifts available: 1st (6:30am-3pm) or 2nd (2:30pm-11pm), Mon-Fri. Wage: $19.82-$21.31 per hour. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand continuously for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to walk and lift/carry up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Must be able to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Operate Palletizer and Strapper equipment.
• Perform visual checks of finished goods.
• Remove damaged and/or suspect finished goods from palletizer and report to supervision, production line mechanic and Quality Control Checker.
• Utilize proper packaging materials (chipboard, top frames and pallets) as required.
• Verify and place proper pallet tags on finished goods.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety - keep work area clean.
