Pay Rate: $18.25 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Shifts: 3rd Shift
Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Overtime: Available based on production needs

Job Summary

Snelling Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates / Palletizers for a manufacturing facility in Midlothian, Texas. This position is responsible for palletizing finished products, preparing materials for shipment, moving products throughout the facility, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work in a fast-paced production environment.

3rd Shift

• Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Pay: $18.25 per hours

Both shifts follow a rotating 2-2-3 schedule:

• Work 2 days, followed by 2 days off.
• Work 3 days, followed by scheduled days off.
• Repeat the rotation.
• Work every other weekend as scheduled.

Overtime may be required based on production demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Palletize finished products according to company standards.
• Stack, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment.
