Job summary

Ventamatic, Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse picker/puller to accurately load and unload customer orders. The role emphasizes safe pallet building, precise order picking with scanners, and keeping a clean, well-organized warehouse.

Responsibilities include wrapping and labeling pallets for outbound shipment, minimizing pallet usage per order, and potential cross-training in other departments. Attendance and the ability to work in the elements are essential.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement.
• Experience as an order puller preferred but not required.
• Experience with a hand scanner strongly preferred.
• Must have basic computer literacy.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Must be able to understand, speak, write and read English.
• Must be able to pass math test.
• Evenings/weekends and overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload orders for shipment.
• Build sturdy pallets with no overhang.
• Use scanners to pull orders accurately.
• Wrap and label completed pallets for outbound shipping.
• Limit number of pallets per order.
• Maintain a clean warehouse.
• Cross-train in other departments.
• Attendance is essential.
• Work in the elements during the full shift.
