Job summary

Vescent Technologies, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our Manufacturing team. The right candidate will maintain accurate inventory records, prepare shipments, and ensure materials are stored and labeled accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse/shipping environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, email).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Commitment to workplace safety practices.
• Good communication with team and supervisors.
• Organizational skills to maintain a clean, orderly, safe workspace.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, shipping software, and label printers.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
• Mechanical aptitude for light facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with basic electronics and ESD safety practices.
• Flexible schedule for work-life balance.
• 4 weeks of PTO annually.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming orders and deliveries.
• Organize and store inventory in designated cabinets and storage areas.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and protection of goods.
• Perform laser marking of enclosure panels.
• Assemble and prepare shipping kits.
• Generate shipping labels for outgoing domestic shipments.
• Kit work orders via pick lists.
