Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company seeks a hands-on team member to inspect and repair pallets in a fast-paced facility. You will evaluate pallet quality, perform repairs with nail guns and common tools, and help meet production goals. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic, safety focus, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols to meet PTZ goals.
• Inspect pallets for damage and perform repairs using provided tools.
• Sort pallets by quality and grade after inspection and repair.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in a production setting.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and take on additional duties as needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
