Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals for our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters at our Indiana facility.

You will sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, and identify repair needs while supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with pallet jacks and forklift experience (training provided) is preferred; lifting up to 70 lbs and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced warehouse
• Experience in a production-based or manufacturing environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
• Assist the team with other duties as assigned by site leadership.
