Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler/Warehouse Associate at our Indiana site. Responsibilities include sorting pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade, performing visual inspections and identifying repair needs while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will contribute to meeting production goals and supporting the team with additional duties as assigned by site leadership. A forklift-friendly environment is provided with training available and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Familiarity with pallet handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You'll Do

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

What You Bring

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
