Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is hiring a production/warehouse associate. You will sort pallets by manufacturer and grade, inspect quality, and identify repair needs while meeting daily production goals.

Responsibilities include upholding safety protocols and contributing to PTZ objectives. Candidates should have forklift familiarity (training provided) and be able to lift up to 70 lbs in a production-based warehouse setting. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).

• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace; may operate a forklift if certified.
