Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Lincolnton, NC is seeking Pallet Sorters to join a fast-paced warehouse team. Shift details: Monday - Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm, pay $20/hour, with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, holidays, 401k/ESOP, profit sharing, and tuition reimbursement.

You will sort pallets, assess repair needs, and meet production goals while upholding safety standards. Training provided for forklift operation and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Experience in pallet sorting or material handling.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade via visual inspection.
Identify and assess repair needs per criteria.
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Follow safety protocols to support PTZ goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.
May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
