Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a dependable Pallet Sorting Operator to join our production team on site in Lincolnton, NC. You will operate a SMETCO pallet sorting machine, perform inspections, and help with forklift tasks as needed. Safety and accuracy are essential in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and physical stamina to lift up to 70 lbs. We offer robust benefits and on-the-job training to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced industrial setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large industrial pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift (training & certification provided) to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through “Clean as You Go” practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Meet production and quality goals while working collaboratively with your team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
