Job summary

VIP Staffing is hiring Pallet Sorters in New Braunfels, TX for a manufacturing environment. The role involves sorting wooden pallets by hand, separating damaged units, and performing quality checks. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with a two-week temp position.

We are now hiring for Pallet Sorters for a Manufacturing company in New Braunfels, TX.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

This is a temp position lasting about 2 weeks!

The Pallet Sorter will be sorting wooden pallets by hand, separating damaged pallets, performing a quality check.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Sort wooden pallets.
• Separate damaged pallets.
• Identify the difference between pallet grades and separating them.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly.
• Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardized requirements exist.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
