Job summary

VIP Staffing is hiring Pallet Sorters in New Braunfels, TX for a manufacturing environment. The role involves sorting wooden pallets by hand, separating damaged units, and performing quality checks. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with a two-week temp position.

Key duties include sorting pallets, identifying pallet grades, and ensuring safety and accuracy in all tasks. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of lifting pallets, and able to communicate effectively in a team

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Observance of all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities
