Job summary

RedSail Technologies in Lancaster, TX is hiring dependable pallet sorters for a fast-paced warehouse. You will sort, inspect, stack, load and unload pallets while maintaining production and safety standards.

We offer flexible shifts (roughly 10-hour days) with 7-day coverage. Pay is $18.50 per hour. Applicants must be able to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for long periods, and pass background and drug tests. Immediate openings available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and lift throughout shift.
• Comfortable in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy warehouse conditions.
• Basic reading, math, and computer skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing.
• PPE including safety shoes and eye/hearing protection required.
