Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Pallet Sorter in Lancaster, TX. This full-time, first-shift role runs Friday through Monday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a pay rate of $18/hr. Weekly pay and a fast-paced warehouse environment reward hustle and consistency.

You will inspect, sort, repair, and stack pallets, maintain a clean work area, follow safety guidelines, and pass pre-employment drug tests. Previous forklift experience preferred; we will train the right candidate.

• 1+ years experience with forklift.
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition.
• Perform basic pallet repairs as needed.

The Opportunity: Pallet Sorter

Our Pallet Sorters are responsible for inspecting, sorting, repairing, and stacking pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically active role that rewards hustle and consistency—perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and take pride in their work.

• Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with forklift
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs repeatedly
• Prior warehouse or pallet experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
