Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Richburg, SC is seeking a Pallet Sorter to inspect, sort, repair and stack pallets in a fast-paced warehouse. This is a physically active role that rewards hustle and consistency—perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and take pride in their work.

Working Monday–Friday on third shift (10:00pm–Finish, typically 6:30am). Weekly pay and benefits after 60 days. Prior warehouse or pallet experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in warehouse or pallet handling is preferred, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition.
• Perform basic pallet repairs as needed.
• Stack and move pallets safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs repeatedly
• Prior warehouse or pallet experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
