Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Joliet, IL area on a 3rd shift. The role focuses on inspecting, sorting, repairing, and stacking pallets in a high-energy warehouse, with a start pay of $18/hr and $18.50/hr after two weeks.

The position involves a 10:00 PM to finish schedule, Sunday through Thursday, and requires the ability to lift 25-75 lbs repeatedly. Prior warehouse or pallet experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

The Opportunity: Pallet Sorter

Our Pallet Sorters are responsible for inspecting, sorting, repairing, and stacking pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically active role that rewards hustle and consistency- perfect for someone who likes to stay moving and take pride in their work.

What You'll Do

• Sort pallets by grade, size, and condition
• Perform basic pallet repairs as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with forklift
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
