48forty Solutions is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in San Antonio to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood pallets. This role is based at 5250 Tacco Dr., 78244, with Mon-Fri 6:00am–2:00pm shifts and compensation based on hourly pay plus piece-rate.

You will be part of a team focused on safety, quality, and efficient pallet production, with opportunities for overtime and benefits as a full-time employee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift pallets weighing ~50 lbs.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/Construction-related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication with plant management.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate with plant management regularly.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
