This production-based role involves repairing and building wooden pallets daily, with pay at $18.00/hr and a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The job emphasizes safety, quality, and steady high-volume output at the on-site facility.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, and be able to lift pallets around 50 lbs. Previous lumber or warehouse experience is preferred, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift pallets weighing ~50 lbs regularly.
• Experience in lumber, warehouse, construction or carpentry preferred.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and piece together with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished product by hand for forklift operators to move.
• Follow safety procedures to protect self and others.
• Maintain high quality while handling a high volume of finished goods.
