Job summary

48forty Solutions in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood, fulfilling our customers’ needs daily. This is a piece-rate position, so more pallets repaired means higher earnings.

Starting pay is USD $15.00 per hour, with an additional $0.40. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; overtime may be required. Location is Oklahoma City, OK.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing experience preferred.
• Quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble pallets with a nail gun.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift operators.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high quality at high volume.
