Job summary

Relogistics in Lyons, IL is hiring a Pallet Repair Technician to restore damaged pallets and manage related paperwork. You’ll work Monday–Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM at USD 18.75 per hour, in a safety-focused, team-driven environment. Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America.

You will inspect repairs, use woodworking tools, and coordinate with the On-Site Manager while helping keep the yard organized and meeting production quotas.

Qualifications

• Experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Return damaged pallets to service-ready condition using appropriate tools.
• Communicate with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
• Examine repaired pallets to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Move pallets and materials to staging areas and ensure loads are secure.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.
