Job summary

PLA in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Pallet Sorter Quality Inspector to inspect wooden Chep pallets and ensure they meet customer quality standards. The role requires lifting up to 75 lb pallets and working on second shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Sunday–Thursday).

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control or inspection preferred.
• Ability to lift 75lb pallets repeatedly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Understanding of pallet quality criteria and grading standards.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Audit pallets from repair lines to meet customer criteria.
• Divide and distribute pallets by quality criteria and grade.
• Maintain accurate records of pallets repaired and audit scores.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Lift and move 75lb pallets to inspect and move them.
