Job summary

48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Saw Shop Operator in Eagan, MN to set up and operate power saws for slotting, cutting, and trimming wood for pallets. You will be a key part of our pallet manufacturing process, contributing to safety and quality.

The role offers $18.50/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm. A High School Diploma or GED is required; prior lumber/warehouse experience is preferred, with lifting up to 50 lbs frequently. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Prior lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut & trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
