Job summary

PLA and its Family of Companies is seeking a Skilled Warehouse Pallet Painter for 1st shift in Montgomery, IL. You will paint pallets, operate painting equipment, mix paint to spec, and ensure pallets meet customer quality standards.

Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour with 50-cent increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually for up to five years. Benefits include daily pay, weekly pay, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills to mix paint accurately.
• Willingness to learn; no prior painting experience required.
• Safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Paint pallets as part of the quality repair and finishing process.
• Operate and maintain pallet painting equipment.
• Mix paint to required specifications using basic math.
• Ensure CHEP and other pallets meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished pallets for proper coverage and finish.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Support warehouse operations and communicate with supervisors.
