Job summary

AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. in Leetsdale, PA is hiring an Industrial Spray Painter to prepare and paint components, select and mix coatings, and inspect finished products for quality.

You’ll maintain and clean equipment and booths to ensure consistent results in a busy manufacturing environment. The role offers a starting pay of $21.70 with raises every 3 months and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior spray painting experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and measurements.
• Forklift certification required, including Raymond upright forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Job description

Position: Industrial Spray Painter Pay: Starting at $21.70-Raise every 3 months! Raise schedule below! Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm) Location: Leetsdale, PA

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and paint components and products for protection and visual appeal.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and booths to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage paint supplies and stock levels.
• Clean masks and prepare items for painting, ensuring precision and quality.
• Select, mix, and apply epoxy, paints, and thinners according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Install labels and tags on completed products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 6S practices.
• Cross-train on various department tasks and perform overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform other assigned duties to support team success.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior spray painting experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and measurements.
• Forklift certification required, including proficiency with Raymond upright forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings highly desirable.
• Experience in fluid power or related fields is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a moderate noise environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Willingness to maintain a safe and organized workspace in accordance with company protocols.
