CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a proactive Industrial Nail Maintenance Operator for the Temple, TX location. This first shift role focuses on nail removal, board replacement, and adding missing pieces to extend pallet life.

You’ll use a pneumatic nail gun and hand tools while maintaining safety standards. Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic quality control knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiar with hand/production tools and nail guns.
• Basic quality control understanding.

Responsibilities

• Nail removal from pallets with tools.
• Replace defective boards and attach missing pieces.
• Ensure pallet integrity and proper alignment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Report issues to supervisors promptly.
