Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking personnel to load pallets of products using a Pallet Jack, organize items by sales orders, and stack products to maintain box quality. The role focuses on efficient pallet loading for shipment and adherence to safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience with operating equipment, plus a valid Pallet Jack license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience working with operating equipment or similar machinery.
• Must have a valid Pallet Jack license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and trucks.
• Examine product to verify all items included are safely packaged and up to quality standards.
• Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.
