Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Warehouse Loader to stage, shrink wrap, and load products for shipment. The role involves palletizing loads, inspecting trailers, and ensuring correct parts for delivery with accuracy and speed.

You will operate a pallet jack or forklift, maintain safe handling, and support other distribution center activities. The position requires a High School Diploma or 6 months of equivalent experience, and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 6 months of equivalent work experience required.
• Forklift certified preferred.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 60 lbs.
• Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs using mechanical aids.
• Must be able to reach eight feet high with stool or ladder when necessary.
• Able to get in and out of the back of truck with parts using a ramp.

Responsibilities

• Stage products on pallets and shrink wrap to prevent loss.
• Load pallets on trucks and inspect trailers for suitability.
• Ensure correct parts are placed on the correct truck for delivery.
• Organize loading of customer orders from skids to trucks.
• Operate pallet jack or forklift as needed.
• Maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage.
• Keep work area clean to prevent accidents and facilitate rapid loading.
• Pull stock orders until time to load trucks as needed.
• Assist with processing other distribution center shuttles.
• Follow safety procedures and perform duties safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
