Job summary

Randstad USA in Northborough, MA is seeking a hands-on pallet jack operator to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods throughout the warehouse. You will support order fulfillment by transporting palletized orders to wrapping and staging lanes, and ensure pallets are secure and properly labeled.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks to move raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Support order fulfillment by transporting palletized orders from picking to wrapping or staging lanes.
• Ensure pallets are secure, stable, and properly labeled with necessary documentation.
• Assist in organizing bulk storage and overflow inventory areas using the pallet jack.
• Prioritize equipment care, operate machinery safely, and report maintenance needs.
