Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable warehouse professionals to join our network as loaders and unloaders in Northborough, MA. The role offers opportunities for consistent hours and pay within premier distribution centers across the US.

You will load and unload shipments, operate pallet jacks, and ensure safety and accuracy in inventory handling, while adapting to varying client procedures and dock workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute the swift, accurate, and high-volume loading and unloading of diverse materials, boxes, and packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers.
• Safely and efficiently utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move inventory to ensure optimal dock flow.
• Verify the integrity of inbound and outbound shipments, noting any discrepancies, and ensuring all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
• Proactively uphold all warehouse safety protocols and strictly follow proper lifting and maneuvering techniques to prevent injury.
• Quickly integrate into various operational teams and adapt to different inventory management methods utilized by our clients.
