Job summary

Tyson Foods in Rogers, AR is seeking a material handler responsible for transporting and unloading materials using a pallet jack while upholding safety and Tyson policies. You will operate a floor jack, coordinate with the Supervisor, and maintain accurate records of finished goods and packaging materials.

Daily checks, safety reporting, and line sanitation per USDA guidelines are required, along with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must complete an online job application in Workday
• Must have 6 months continuous work history in 2 years
• Must provide government identification number for verification of Tyson employment history
• Rehires allowed after 365 days and only if not employed more than two previous times

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are transported and/or unloaded promptly using a pallet jack while maintaining a safe work environment per Tyson policies
• Operate a floor jack safely and coordinate with Supervisor; keep accurate records of finished product and packaging material
• Complete operator check list daily; inform Supervisor of repairs and safety concerns
• Keep production line supplied with pallets, condemned bins and recyclable containers; verify material and ingredient accuracy
• Assist with line sanitation per USDA/Tyson guidelines; perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
