Qualifications

• 6 months of continuous work history in the last 12 months.
• 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members.
• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Check product and paperwork accuracy on loads, storing copies with delivery tickets for load tracking.
• Input temperature checks using scanner/tablet after verifying product temperatures before loading into coolers or trailers.
• Communicate via radio with yard drivers regarding trailer needs and status.
• Visually inspect trailers, pallets, tops, and boxes for damage or quality issues.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Wash out trailers when necessary.
• Climb stairs to access work areas as required.
